Established in year 2009, Oyster group is a Real Estate, Dairy Manufacturing, Oil Industry Plant to enter in other sectors in a short while .

The group is making an impressive progress since its inception in various real estate and other Manufacturing Projects.

The company has established stringent quality control measures right from the milk collection level at a village to the consumers at the urban level. The various screening measures include, screening for various adulterants such as sugar, salt, urea, vegetable oil, detergents maltodextrin etc.

We firmly believe that to attain the best quality dairy products, only the best quality milk should be taken in. For this reason, our quality management system has been moulded around a grass to glass principle whereby we enforce very strict quality and safety standards throughout our milk supply chain right from the farm level to the consumer.

Our Process

Our working process isn't just a series of steps—it’s an art form passed down through generations. We honor traditional dairy-making methods, focusing on small batches to ensure meticulous care and attention to detail.

Sourcing

At Purasure, we procure milk directly from farmers and nurturing their natural milking powers. The milk is procured and immediately chilled to 4°c.

Testing

Over lab checks ensure high level of quality control at every step. A few products are picked up at random and are tested before the delivery of the entire batch.

Packaging

The products are packaged in a food-grade material after pasteurization. We pay extra attention in our automatic packaging plant to deliver the best quality in appropriate packaging.

Delivery

Our complete end-to-end cold chain keeps the milk at 4°c. The milk travels via refrigerated trucks, insulated vans and bikes and finally is delivered in an insulated bag to the dealers and partners.
